“Sculpted by stellar winds and radiation, this dusty interstellar molecular cloud has by chance assumed an immediately recognizable shape. Fittingly known as The Horsehead Nebula , it lies some 1,500 light-years distant, embedded in the vast Orion cloud complex.”
